A well established engineering firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring organizational efficiency. This position provides essential administrative support across departments, helping maintain smooth communication, organized records, and a well-functioning office environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to contribute to a productive and professional workplace.
Full-time, Monday-Friday, Located in Vista, CA, $20.00–$24.00/hr

Responsibilities:
-Manage incoming calls and emails, routing them to appropriate personnel or departments
-Assist with purchase orders and scheduling deliveries
-Perform general clerical duties including scanning, copying, faxing, and mailing documents
-Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
-Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management
-Support preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
-Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
-Assist with special projects and company events as assigned

Qualifications:
-Previous administrative or office experience
-Familiarity with office management software or tools
-Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
