Welder (4–5+ Years Recent Experience Required) – Onsite in Cheyenne, WY
We are seeking an experienced Welder with a minimum of 4–5 years of recent, hands-on welding experience for an onsite position in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This is a skilled role requiring candidates who can consistently pass a practical welding test and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding based on project requirements
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
-Execute clean, precise welds that meet quality and safety standards
-Inspect finished welds to ensure structural soundness
-Maintain welding equipment and follow all safety protocols
Requirements:
-At least 4–5 years of CURRENT or RECENT welding experience (required)
-Proven ability to pass an on-site welding test (this is mandatory)
-Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and tools
-Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
-Must be able to work onsite in Cheyenne, WY (no remote work available)
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Important:
-Candidates without recent welding experience or who are unable to pass a welding test will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent)
-Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
