We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, light manufacturing, and facility operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys being active on the warehouse floor, driving operational efficiency, and leading teams by example.
You will supervise a team of 10 employees across:
* Warehouse
* Shipping & Receiving
* Upholstery
* Light Manufacturing
What You’ll Do
Warehouse Operations
? Oversee daily inbound/outbound shipping operations
? Manage receiving, inspections, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
? Coordinate shipments to meet customer deadlines
? Maintain carrier relationships for domestic & international freight
Inventory Management
? Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and physical inventories
? Resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
? Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and material flow
? Manage excess and slow-moving inventory
Production & Quality
? Support light assembly/manufacturing operations
? Ensure finished goods meet quality standards before shipment
? Partner with procurement and customer service on order fulfillment
Facility & Safety
? Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
? Oversee forklifts, warehouse equipment, vehicles, and loading areas
? Ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA and safety regulations
? Promote workplace safety training and procedures
Leadership
? Supervise, train, coach, and schedule warehouse staff
? Conduct performance evaluations
? Drive accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
? Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations teams
What We’re Looking For
? 5+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience
? 3+ years of supervisory experience
? Strong inventory control and warehouse operations background
? ERP experience (SAP Business One preferred)
? Microsoft Excel proficiency
? Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment
Preferred
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
? Forklift certification
Physical Requirements
* Lift up to 50 lbs
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
* Ability to work in warehouse conditions (temperature changes, noise, etc.)
