Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations, drive performance, and develop a high-performing team. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, meeting customer expectations, and achieving key performance and financial goals.



Responsibilities



Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory, quality, productivity, and customer service



Manage and achieve operational KPIs, service levels, and budget targets

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff while fostering a positive work environment



Ensure compliance with safety, security, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies



Manage labor planning, workflow, and resource allocation to meet business demands



Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery



Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees



Oversee facility maintenance and equipment inspections


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of leadership experience

10+ years of warehouse, distribution, or 3PL experience



Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance



Knowledge of SAP, WMS systems, or similar warehouse management software



Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint



Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills



Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment



Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
