We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Miami, FL, within the wholesale trade and import-export logistics industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse leader with strong experience in bonded cargo, customs-controlled environments, inventory accuracy, and team supervision.

The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations, and lead shipping, receiving, picking, packing, loading, and inventory control activities. Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee bonded and non-bonded warehouse operations in compliance with CBP regulations and company policies.
- Supervise the receipt, storage, documentation, traceability, and release of bonded freight to ensure timely and compliant cargo movement.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and logistics staff while promoting teamwork, safety, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, cargo condition, and operational metrics to prevent discrepancies, damages, and customs violations.
- Coordinate workflow across Shipping, Receiving, Picking, Packing, and Loading to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Evaluate vendor and carrier performance, including bonded truckers, and implement corrective actions when needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire position.
- Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 per year.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage bonded warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, release, and documentation of customs-controlled freight.
- Lead daily warehouse teams across shipping, receiving, picking, packing, loading, and inventory control.
- Monitor operational performance, inventory accuracy, compliance standards, and cargo movement metrics.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, bonded truckers, and internal teams to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance.

- 4 to 6 years of experience in distribution, warehouse operations, or inventory management, including bonded or customs-controlled environments.
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory or warehouse management experience leading logistics or warehouse teams.
- Strong knowledge of bonded warehouse regulations, CBP compliance standards, and documentation such as CBP Forms 7512, 214, and 216.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are required.


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in the wholesale trade, import-export, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
- Experience managing bonded carriers, bonded truckers, vendors, and transportation partners.
- Background implementing process improvements to reduce costs, improve workflow, and strengthen compliance.
- Experience developing cross-training programs for warehouse, inventory, and logistics staff.
