Job Summary
A growing logistics and warehousing operation in Bensalem, PA is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse leader who can manage daily operations, improve inventory accuracy, support safety compliance, and drive efficient shipping and receiving performance.
The Warehouse Manager will play a key leadership role in maintaining a productive, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, staffing, scheduling, and daily execution.
- Lead warehouse associates and equipment operators while enforcing safety standards, housekeeping expectations, and operational best practices.
- Monitor inbound and outbound activity to ensure accurate storage, proper material handling, on-time shipments, and compliance with shipping specifications.
- Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and variance investigations to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and accountability.
- Resolve shipping, receiving, damaged goods, inventory, and operational issues through timely communication and defined reporting channels.
- Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, material flow, and equipment usage to improve productivity and reduce non-value-added costs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including staffing, scheduling, receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control.
- Lead safety, housekeeping, equipment usage, and compliance activities across the warehouse.
- Drive inventory accuracy, material throughput efficiency, cost-reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Coordinate with internal support departments to improve service levels, issue resolution, and overall operational performance.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, shipping and receiving, or distribution leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, distribution processes, warehouse operations, and material flow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational, inventory, and shipment-related issues.
- Ability to supervise, coach, and hold warehouse associates accountable to safety, quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and consistent support of employment policies and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading warehouse teams in a transportation, storage, materials handling, or distribution environment.
- Experience with cycle counting, inventory audits, warehouse layout optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance coordination, inspection processes, and safe use of warehouse assets.
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience supporting cost reduction, quality improvement, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
