Looking for your next leadership opportunity in warehouse operations? We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and lead a team of employees. If you have experience with inventory, shipping and receiving, and leading a warehouse team, we want to hear from you!
Required Qualifications:
MUST HAVE 3+ years of warehouse experience
MUST HAVE 2 + years of Previous Lead or Supervisor experience
Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment
Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory software
Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of 4–6 warehouse associates
Oversee daily shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
Assign daily priorities and keep operations running efficiently
Train team members on warehouse procedures and safety
Manage inventory, cycle counts, and discrepancies
Maintain an organized and safe warehouse
Assist with customer pickups and orders
Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency
Compensation & Benefits:
