A Warehouse Lead opportunity is available in Oceanside, CA with a collaborative and team-oriented organization. This full-time, direct hire role is ideal for an experienced warehouse, shipping and receiving, or logistics professional who enjoys staying hands-on while helping guide daily warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Lead will support a small team of Warehouse Coordinators, help manage incoming and outgoing inventory, and keep warehouse workflow organized, accurate, safe, and efficient. This is a great opportunity for someone who values teamwork, clear communication, dependable leadership, and the ability to make a direct impact on day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a team of 2 to 3 Warehouse Coordinators in daily warehouse activities.
- Assist with unloading trucks, receiving deliveries, and organizing incoming equipment and inventory.
- Handle shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and related warehouse documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and update inventory or equipment information in the company database.
- Coordinate daily workflow priorities to keep operations organized, efficient, and on schedule.
- Promote a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment while supporting other departments as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $25 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday.




Required Qualifications and Skills

- 3 to 5 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, or related experience.
- Strong hands-on warehouse experience with the ability to assist in physical daily operations.
- Good organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Comfortable using computers and entering or updating data in company systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to help keep operations moving in a safe and organized manner.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or shipping and receiving environment.
- Forklift experience.
- Bilingual Spanish skills.
