Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate will help manage outbound shipments, receive and stock inventory, prepare customer orders, and safely move materials throughout the warehouse. Key Responsibilities
- Palletize outbound shipments for UPS and prepare orders for accurate, timely shipment.
- Receive, unload, document, and stock incoming freight and used office equipment.
- Move pallets and boxed materials using a manual pallet jack.
- Pull inventory, stage sales orders, and prepare products for shipment.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain accurate bin locations.
- Build second decks in ocean-going containers as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
- Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Mon - Fri)
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Palletize outbound UPS shipments and prepare freight for shipping.
- Receive, stock, document, and organize warehouse inventory.
- Pull and stage sales orders for shipment.
- Move pallets, boxes, and warehouse materials safely and efficiently.
- 3-5 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, or logistics experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as part of standard package handling duties.
- Experience using a manual pallet jack to move pallets and boxed materials.
- Ability to work independently in a customer environment with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail for inventory documentation, order pulling, and stock placement.
- Reliable work habits, good communication skills, and a customer-service-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UPS outbound shipping processes.
- Prior experience handling used office equipment or similar warehouse inventory.
- Experience assisting with physical inventory counts.
- Familiarity with loading containers or building second decks in ocean-going containers.
