We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a full-time temporary opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, packing, shipping, or order processing experience who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily shipping operations by processing, packing, labeling, sealing, and moving boxes for shipment. You will work in a secure, organized facility with a consistent weekday schedule, free on-site parking, and a supportive team environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who value reliability, teamwork, clear expectations, and steady daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and pack boxes at a shipping station using specialized shipping software.
- Fill packages with protective materials, print shipping labels, and seal boxes accurately for shipment.
- Load completed boxes onto conveyor belts for truck transit.
- Assist with picking orders from the warehouse floor as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area.
- Communicate clearly with team members to support efficient daily workflow.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $16.78 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary, full-time.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
