Key Responsibilities

- Support treasury management operations, including onboarding, processing, reconciliations, reporting, client documentation, and service maintenance.
- Assist commercial clients and internal partners with treasury management products such as ACH, remote deposit capture, positive pay, lockbox, wires, armored carrier services, and cash management tools.
- Provide exceptional client service through timely communication, technical support, training, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship support.
- Partner with business development officers, branch teams, and internal departments to support proposals, proformas, onboarding, client visits, and service implementation.
- Maintain compliant client files, complete risk reviews, support audits, follow banking policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to applicable state and federal banking regulations.
- For higher-level roles, mentor junior team members, review tracking logs and reconciliations, assist with procedure writing, manage reporting, and identify operational process improvements.

- Compensation: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support treasury management operations, commercial client onboarding, back-office processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Provide technical and operational support for ACH, remote deposit capture, positive pay, wires, lockbox, armored carrier services, and related treasury products.
- Partner with business development officers and internal banking teams to support client proposals, proformas, training, and service implementation.
- Maintain compliant documentation, support risk reviews, complete checklist items, and help ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal procedures.

- Treasury Management Operations Support III: 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Management Services or banking operations with focus on treasury management service products.
- Treasury Management Operations Support III: Minimum of 1 year of experience providing training or mentoring within treasury management operations.
- Treasury Management Operations Support II: 2-3 years of experience in Treasury Management Services or banking operations with focus on treasury management service products.
- Treasury Management Operations Support I: 1-2 years of banking experience.
- Working knowledge of treasury management services, including ACH, remote deposit capture, positive pay, lockbox, wires, and cash management tools.
- Ability to provide technical support to commercial clients and internal users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and professionally.
- Excellent customer service, client relationship management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and perform accurately in a fast-paced banking operations environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional, positive, and collaborative approach with strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

- ACH Accredited Professional certification preferred or ability to obtain within the first year of employment for applicable Treasury Management Operations Support II and III levels.
- Experience with Weiland, Fiserv, and Q2 preferred.
- Experience with Fiserv DNA, Q2 Console, ETMS, Centrix PIQs, Weiland, or CRM BI reporting is a plus.
- Prior experience supporting commercial treasury management onboarding, proformas, risk reviews, client training, and complex multi-entity commercial clients is preferred for senior-level candidates.
- Leadership, mentoring, procedure writing, audit preparation, and process improvement experience preferred for Treasury Management Operations Support III candidates.
