Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all on-site construction activities for hotel renovation projects from mobilization through completion.
- Coordinate daily work with subcontractors, labor teams, architects, engineers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to ensure milestones are completed on time.
- Monitor jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, quality standards, and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project resources, materials, equipment needs, expenses, and subcontractor performance.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, schedule changes, and field issues clearly and promptly.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead hotel renovation construction projects from start to completion.
- Manage subcontractors, field teams, project schedules, budgets, and jobsite coordination.
- Enforce safety standards, quality control, building regulations, and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

- Hotel renovation construction experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar construction management role.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, building standards, and OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, materials, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing to travel out of state for project assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.

Preferred Qualifications

- OSHA 30-hour certification.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
- Experience working on hospitality, commercial, office, or occupied renovation projects.
