Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Telesales Agents (Health Insurance) for a remote contract opportunity supporting Open Enrollment Period sales through December. This role is ideal for a licensed Florida health insurance professional who enjoys connecting with customers, explaining coverage options, and helping individuals select health and ancillary insurance products that fit their needs.

This position offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in Florida while being part of a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment. Candidates who succeed in this role are professional, consultative, resilient, and comfortable working with prospective members by phone. You will have the opportunity to contribute during a high-demand enrollment season while working with supportive teams, structured sales processes, and clear performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound and inbound telesales conversations with prospective members regarding health and ancillary insurance options.
- Explain plan features, eligibility requirements, coverage details, and enrollment information in a clear and compliant manner.
- Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process while delivering a positive and professional experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-up activities.
- Meet productivity, quality, compliance, and sales performance expectations during the Open Enrollment Period.
- Stay informed on applicable insurance guidelines, product offerings, and enrollment timelines.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $21 to $23.50 per hour + bonus.
- Contract/temporary assignment expected to last through December.
- Remote position for candidates located anywhere in Florida.
- Schedule flexibility required between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Sell health and ancillary insurance products by phone during the Open Enrollment Period.
- Support prospective members through plan selection, application, and enrollment conversations.
- Manage customer interactions professionally while meeting sales and compliance standards.
- Accurately document calls, enrollment activity, and required follow-up.

- Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license required.
- 1 to 2 years of telesales, insurance sales, call center sales, or related customer-facing sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Florida.
- Flexible availability between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
- Strong phone communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to explain health insurance products clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven Open Enrollment environment.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, compliant, and motivated to achieve sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience selling health insurance, Medicare, individual plans, or ancillary insurance products.
- Experience working in a remote call center or virtual sales environment.
- Familiarity with Open Enrollment Period sales processes.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate CRM, quoting, enrollment, or call center systems.
