What You'll Do:
✅ Source and recruit Engineering, IT, and technical professionals

✅ Build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and direct sourcing

✅ Screen candidates and manage the interview process

✅ Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs

✅ Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance



What We're Looking For:   
✔️ 2+ years of Technical Recruiting experience

✔️ Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

✔️ Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms

✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

✔️ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven



Preferred:   
⭐ Manufacturing or Aerospace recruiting experience

⭐ Recruiting or HR certifications
