Job Summary

A growing organization in the residential and commercial construction industry is seeking a motivated Talent Sourcing Specialist to join its Human Resources team onsite in Melbourne, FL. This role is ideal for a recruiting and sourcing professional who enjoys finding great talent, building candidate pipelines, and supporting high-volume recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment.

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will partner closely with talent acquisition leadership and the marketing team to support social media recruiting, employer branding, candidate outreach, and applicant tracking system activity. Key Responsibilities

- Source and engage candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, internet research, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other recruiting methods.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across construction, service, and corporate support roles.
- Coordinate with talent acquisition and marketing teams on social media recruiting campaigns, job posting templates, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage candidate records, sourcing activity, job posting templates, and recruiting data within iCIMS and other candidate databases.
- Track sourcing metrics, candidate conversion rates, and recruiting activity to support process improvement.
- Assist recruiters with pre-screens, interview scheduling, onboarding follow-up, new hire coordination, training coordination, and related HR duties.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $24 to $26 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Melbourne, FL.
- Work arrangement: 100% onsite.
- Type: Temp-to-possible-permanent opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Source qualified candidates through social media, internet research, Boolean search, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Build candidate pipelines and talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Support recruiting operations, ATS management, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with talent acquisition and marketing teams on employer branding and social media recruiting initiatives.

- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through social media platforms and internet research techniques.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques, passive candidate engagement, and sourcing strategy.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate databases, with iCIMS experience helpful.
- Ability to cold call candidates, build rapport, and overcome objections professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Canva and social media posting tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
- Experience in HVAC, field service, construction, or a related service industry.
- Prior experience supporting employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Experience coordinating new hire onboarding, training logistics, or travel arrangements.
