The Opportunity -
The Supply Chain Manager reports directly to the COO and leads a lean organization consisting of:
Supply Chain Manager
Supply Chain Coordinator
Because of the size of our company, this leader must comfortably operate at both the strategic and tactical levels.
They should enjoy rolling up their sleeves while simultaneously building long-term capability.
What Success Looks Like- Within the first 12–18 months we expect this leader to:
Build stronger supplier partnerships
Improve inventory visibility and planning
Increase supply continuity
Reduce operational disruptions
Create greater accountability within the function
Improve procurement discipline
Bring structure without creating bureaucracy
Become a trusted cross-functional business partner. We're looking for someone who naturally sees opportunities to improve rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
Relocation - This position is based in Tyler, Texas.
We are open to relocation, but candidates must be genuinely excited about living in East Texas and becoming part of our long-term leadership team.
Compensation - Current target compensation:
Base Salary: $130,000–145,000
Higher consideration for exceptional strategic operators
This role should be positioned as a critical operational leadership role—not simply a purchasing manager position.
