The Student Support Services Manager provides operational leadership for student-facing services and supports a welcoming, efficient, and student-centered experience. This position oversees daily service operations, supervises and develops student employees, supports technology and CRM systems, manages operational data and reporting, and collaborates across departments to advance student services.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, exercising independent judgment, resolving operational challenges, and balancing the needs of students, staff, and multiple functional teams.

This is a one-year temporary assignment, 40 hours a week: 8am-5pm, on-site position in Greeley

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Counseling/Advising, Instructional Design, or a related field 
- 3 years of related experience 
- Experience using technology systems, databases, CRM platforms, appointment scheduling systems, or other enterprise software 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
- Experience coordinating daily operations, staffing, scheduling, workflows, or service delivery in a fast-paced, customer or student facing environment

Preferred Qualifications: 
- Experience working in a higher education environment 
- Experience leading process improvement, staff development, data-informed decision-making, or cross-departmental initiatives 

Job Responsibilities: 
- Lead and oversee day-to-day student-facing service operations at the front desk across advising and transition services.

- Develop and improve operational processes that promote an efficient, welcoming, and student-centered experience.

- Supervise Student Success Guides, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluation, and professional development.
- Coordinate staffing coverage, daily assignments, workflows, and operational priorities across multiple campus locations.

- Respond to escalated student, parent, and community member concerns and facilitate appropriate support and referrals.

- Serve as the operational lead for systems including Element 451, QLess, Avaya, and other assigned technology platforms.

- Support CRM workflows and processes aligned with the institution’s case management and advising model.

- Troubleshoot technology and operational issues and collaborate with IT and other teams to improve systems and user experiences.

- Support appointment scheduling, phone queue and voicemail operations, and related student-facing services.

- Collect, maintain, analyze, and report operational and student engagement data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

- Maintain accurate student-facing and operational information across assigned systems, including academic plan updates.

- Participate in leadership, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Exercise independent judgment in addressing changing operational needs and priorities.

This position pays between $25-26 an hour, is fully in office at Greeley location, full time hours, and is a one-year temporary contract.
