Job Summary
A direct hire Store Manager opportunity is available in North Hills, CA for an experienced restaurant leader ready to build a strong team and drive daily success in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment. This Store Manager role is ideal for a bilingual Spanish professional with hands-on experience leading high-volume food service operations, developing team members, and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, schedule, and motivate team members to maintain strong performance and positive morale.
- Manage inventory, labor, budgets, cash handling, and financial reporting to support store profitability.
- Monitor food safety standards, operational procedures, service expectations, and compliance requirements.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining a welcoming and productive restaurant environment.
- Support local marketing and sales-building efforts to increase customer traffic and brand visibility.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $27 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Annual salary range: $56,160 to $62,400 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage daily quick service restaurant operations, including staffing, service flow, quality, and cleanliness.
- Lead team training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee inventory, labor controls, cash handling, reporting, and store-level financial performance.
- Support guest satisfaction, food safety, operational standards, and sales-building initiatives.
- 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience preferred for this leadership level.
- Experience in fast food, quick service restaurant, or high-volume food service operations.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage labor, inventory, budgets, reporting, and daily operational priorities.
- Strong understanding of food safety, cleanliness, guest service, and cash handling procedures.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience helping open, launch, or establish a new restaurant location.
- Background supporting local store marketing or sales-building initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop team members and create a positive, accountable workplace culture.
