Job Summary
A brand-new restaurant location in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team, and help establish a high-performing, customer-focused environment from day one. This direct hire Store Manager opportunity is ideal for a bilingual Spanish restaurant leader with a background in high-volume fast food or quick service restaurant operations.
The Store Manager will play a key role in creating a positive workplace culture, developing team members, maintaining operational standards, and delivering excellent guest experiences. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys fast-paced restaurant management, supportive teamwork, accountability, and the chance to help shape the success of a new location.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, quality standards, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Lead, coach, schedule, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, labor, budgets, and financial reporting to support store performance.
- Monitor food safety, service standards, cash handling, and operational procedures.
- Support local marketing and sales-building strategies to increase brand visibility and customer traffic.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $27 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Annual salary range: $56,160 to $62,400 per year.
- Location: Woodland Hills, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage daily operations for a new restaurant location.
- Lead and develop restaurant team members in a fast-paced service environment.
- Manage inventory, budgets, labor, and financial reports.
- Drive customer service, sales performance, and operational execution.
- Bilingual Spanish is required.
- 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience or similar leadership experience is preferred.
- Must have experience with a major fast food or quick service restaurant chain, such as McDonald’s, Jack in the Box, Taco Bell, El Pollo Loco, or a similar high-volume brand.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage inventory, budgets, reports, and restaurant performance metrics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience opening a new restaurant location or supporting a new store launch.
- Familiarity with restaurant inventory and financial management software.
- Proven ability to improve sales, service speed, team performance, and guest satisfaction.
