Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and online outreach.
- Build and manage a pipeline of business prospects, hiring managers, and active client accounts.
- Meet with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and present tailored workforce solutions.
- Negotiate service terms, secure agreements, and grow repeat business with existing accounts.
- Recruit, interview, evaluate, and match qualified candidates to open positions.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Develop new business and expand client accounts within the staffing and employment agency industry.
- Manage client relationships, staffing needs, and service agreements.
- Recruit, interview, and match candidates to open roles.
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline to support revenue growth.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, business development, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Comfortable initiating conversations, making outbound calls, and engaging prospective clients.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust and create long-term partnerships.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results, personal growth, and business development success.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, employment services, or workforce solutions.
- Experience selling services to hiring managers, business owners, or human resources leaders.
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and job matching.
- Background as a sales representative, recruiter, account manager, or client-focused business development professional.
