A growing staffing and employment services team in Sandy, UT is seeking a driven Staffing Consultant for a direct hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and win new client accounts through outbound calls, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development strategies.
- Meet with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand staffing challenges and recommend tailored workforce solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, placement terms, margins, and service expectations with new and existing clients.
- Recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to client job openings.
- Manage client relationships to drive repeat business, account growth, and long-term partnerships.
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, recruiting efforts, and performance metrics in alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Develop new business accounts through outbound prospecting and relationship building.
- Manage the full sales and recruitment cycle from client acquisition through candidate placement.
- Consult with employers to identify hiring needs and present staffing solutions.
- Recruit and match qualified talent to open positions.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or a related high-activity role.
- Strong hunter mentality with confidence making outbound calls and pursuing new business.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients, candidates, and internal team members.
- Consultative sales approach with strong questioning, listening, and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate terms, manage margins, and close business opportunities.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong organization, follow-up, communication, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, employment services, or B2B sales.
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, applicant tracking systems, or sales prospecting tools.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, candidate screening, and client account management.
- Interest in growing into a lead sales, account management, or branch leadership role.
