Key Responsibilities

- Conduct proactive sales calls, outreach, and follow-up to generate new business and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and community contacts.
- Recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for professional and high-level staffing opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to develop staffing solutions aligned with client hiring needs.
- Manage client and candidate communication throughout the recruiting, interview, and placement process.
- Support long-term client satisfaction through responsive service, consistent follow-up, and consultative support.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation is $25.00 per hour plus monthly commission.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Hybrid work arrangement.
- Location is Corona, CA.
- Must be local to the Inland Empire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Generate new business through sales calls, outreach, follow-up, and relationship development.
- Manage client accounts and provide responsive staffing support for hiring needs.
- Recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for professional and high-level openings.
- Coordinate communication between clients, candidates, and internal recruiting teams.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant staffing, recruiting, account management, business development, or sales experience.
- Experience in staffing, employment services, recruiting, or a closely related business-to-business service environment.
- Strong business development skills, including prospecting, follow-up, and client relationship building.
- Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Comfortable working with recruiting technology, candidate databases, email, and general business software.
- Positive, ethical, team-oriented, and results-driven approach to client and candidate service.
- Must be local to the Inland Empire and able to work a hybrid schedule based in Corona, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in staffing agency sales, recruiting, or full-cycle desk management.
- Existing knowledge of professional staffing, direct hire recruiting, or high-level talent placement.
- Proven ability to grow client accounts and support successful placements.
- Strong local market knowledge within the Inland Empire business community.
