We are seeking an experienced Staffing Account Executive for a direct hire opportunity in Woodland Hills, CA. The Staffing Account Executive will partner with employers to identify hiring needs, develop new business opportunities, and connect clients with qualified talent. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with new and existing client accounts.
- Prospect and acquire new clients through marketing, networking, outreach, and relationship-building strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate presentation, interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, and talent requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates to support a positive recruiting experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

- Meet or exceed sales, recruiting, and service goals in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant staffing, recruiting, sales, or account management experience.
- Staffing agency experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate new business, build client relationships, and support ongoing account growth.
- Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements, candidate pipelines, and priorities with urgency and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong professionalism, follow-through, and commitment to excellent client and candidate service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a blended staffing sales and recruiting role.
- Established local market knowledge or professional network in the Woodland Hills or greater Los Angeles area.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, job boards, and recruiting technology.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding staffing sales goals, placement goals, or commission targets.
