Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with new and existing client accounts.
- Prospect and acquire new clients through marketing, networking, outreach, and relationship-building strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate presentation, interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, and talent requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates to support a positive recruiting experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Develop and grow client accounts within a staffing or recruiting environment.
- Manage full cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through offer negotiation.
- Build new business through prospecting, networking, outreach, and client relationship development.
- Partner with clients to identify hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, business development, or a closely related role.
- Staffing agency experience strongly preferred for success in this role.
- Proven ability to generate new business, manage client relationships, and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong full cycle recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, and interview coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client and candidate priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, professional, and service-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a staffing or employment agency environment.
- Existing knowledge of recruiting workflows, client development strategies, and talent market trends.
- Track record of success in a commission-driven or performance-based staffing role.
- Strong local market knowledge in Woodland Hills or the greater Los Angeles area.
