Senior Program Manager – ERP & Supply Chain Transformation Location: Camarillo, CA Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Compensation: Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits A well-established, innovative manufacturing company in Ventura County is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide operational initiatives that improve business performance and support future growth. This highly visible role partners with executive leadership to drive strategic programs across ERP modernization, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), and cross-functional business transformation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic thinker who enjoys leading complex initiatives, improving processes, and collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and IT. What You'll Do Lead enterprise-level projects from planning through implementation, ensuring milestones, budgets, and business objectives are achieved. Manage ERP enhancement and system transformation initiatives, partnering with internal stakeholders and outside implementation teams. Develop project roadmaps, governance structures, risk mitigation plans, and executive-level reporting. Drive process improvements across procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, production planning, and finance. Champion the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process. Facilitate monthly cross-functional planning meetings to align customer demand, production capacity, inventory strategy, and financial objectives. Collaborate with Engineering and Product Development to support prototype builds, new product introductions, purchasing activities, and manufacturing work order creation. Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, financial metrics, and operational reporting. Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain successful execution. Promote organizational change management, user adoption, and cross-functional collaboration throughout major initiatives.

Additional Skills

Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related technical discipline. 7+ years of experience leading complex programs within a manufacturing or product development environment. Experience managing cross-functional projects involving operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project. Experience presenting project status and business recommendations to senior leadership. Preferred Experience leading ERP implementation, migration, or upgrade projects. Knowledge of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP/S&OP). Familiarity with manufacturing operations, procurement, production planning, and inventory control. Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence tools. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. We're Looking For Someone Who Is A collaborative leader who can influence teams without direct authority.
