Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sourcer, also known as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, to join a collaborative Human Resources team onsite in Melbourne, FL. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys finding qualified talent, building candidate pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and supporting high-volume recruiting operations.
This opportunity offers an immediate start, consistent weekday schedule, and the chance to make a visible impact in a fast-paced recruiting environment. You will work closely with talent acquisition leadership, recruiters, and marketing partners to support sourcing strategy, employer branding, social media recruiting, and candidate engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, social media, internet research, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while tracking sourcing activity, conversion rates, and candidate engagement.
- Manage job posting templates and maintain accurate candidate records within iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and marketing teams on social media recruiting initiatives, employer branding, and candidate attraction strategies.
- Research job markets, competitors, and industry trends to better understand hiring needs and improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Support recruiters with candidate pre-screens, interview scheduling, onboarding follow-up, new hire coordination, training coordination, and related HR duties.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $22 to $26 per hour, up to $26 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Melbourne, FL.
- Work arrangement: 100% onsite.
- Type: Temp to possible permanent opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn, social media platforms, internet research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Build talent pools and engage passive candidates for current and future openings.
- Maintain candidate data, sourcing metrics, and recruiting activity within an applicant tracking system.
- Support recruiting operations including candidate communication, pre-screens, scheduling, and onboarding follow-up.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through social media platforms and online research techniques.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques, candidate engagement, and sourcing strategies.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases, with iCIMS experience helpful.
- Comfortable cold calling candidates, overcoming objections, and building rapport with potential applicants.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting or HR environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Canva and social media posting tools such as HootSuite or Sprout Social preferred.
- HVAC or service industry experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, or social media recruiting campaigns is helpful.
