Job Summary
A growing global software company is seeking a Software & Data Programmer for a direct hire opportunity in Shreveport, LA. This hybrid/onsite role is ideal for a programmer who enjoys solving complex software and data challenges, improving business-critical applications, and supporting systems that impact operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, application issues, and user-reported problems.
- Modify, enhance, test, and deploy application code to improve performance, reliability, and functionality.
- Create and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, database integrations, and data validation processes.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate needs into effective solutions.
- Support data migration, reporting, business intelligence, system integration, and application improvement projects.
- Participate in QA testing, code reviews, documentation, and development standards to support long-term system quality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $65,000 to $90,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Troubleshoot and improve existing software applications used in business operations.
- Develop, test, and deploy new application features and software enhancements.
- Support SQL databases, reporting needs, data integrations, and system performance improvements.
- Collaborate with users and global teams to support enterprise application and data projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of software development or programming experience, with 3-5 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with C#, .NET, Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Ability to debug, modify, and improve existing software applications.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working in a multi-location or global organization.
