Join a leading financial services organization supporting enterprise Software Asset Management (SAM) and Software License Compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for software license compliance analysis, software contract review, audit readiness, software asset governance, and data quality management across a large technology environment. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting software licensing agreements, performing compliance reconciliations, supporting software audits, and identifying software optimization opportunities. You will partner with technology, procurement, legal, and leadership teams to ensure compliance with vendor agreements while reducing risk and improving operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
• Conduct software license compliance reviews and reconciliations
• Analyze software contracts, licensing terms, and entitlements
• Support software audits, certifications, and compliance initiatives
• Research and troubleshoot software asset data issues
• Maintain software inventory and lifecycle management records
• Identify software optimization and cost-saving opportunities
• Utilize ServiceNow and other workflow tools to support SAM processes
• Partner with stakeholders across technology and business teams to drive compliance and governance efforts
