A Showroom Greeter is needed for a temporary opportunity in Incline Village, NV, supporting a flooring showroom environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Direct customers to flooring samples and help create a welcoming showroom experience.
- Answer basic questions and connect customers with the appropriate team member when needed.
- Scan and email paperwork to the main showroom using basic computer tools.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable presence throughout the day.
- Support general showroom organization and customer flow as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Assignment type: Contract/temporary.
- Assignment length: Approximately 1 month.
- Location: Incline Village, NV.
- Immediate start after a quick in-person meet and greet.
- Welcome showroom visitors and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers viewing flooring samples in a professional retail environment.
- Scan and email paperwork to support showroom operations.
- Help maintain a positive and organized customer experience.
- 1 to 2 years of customer service, retail, front desk, showroom, or client-facing experience preferred.
- Friendly, approachable, and positive personality.
- Strong communication skills and a professional customer service mindset.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to scan and email documents.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a Monday through Friday daytime schedule.
- Ability to represent the showroom professionally as the first point of contact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail customer service experience.
- Prior showroom, front desk, receptionist, or greeter experience.
- Interest or experience in flooring, home improvement, design, or related retail environments.
