Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Kent, WA, supporting busy manufacturing and distribution warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping shipments moving, and ensuring materials are received, stocked, and shipped accurately.

The Shipping & Receiving Specialist will join a team-oriented environment where accuracy, reliability, and communication are valued. Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing slips, and inspect materials for accuracy and damage.
- Prepare, package, label, and ship outgoing orders according to customer and carrier requirements.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain organized warehouse stock, support inventory accuracy, and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Update shipping, receiving, and inventory information in warehouse management or ERP systems.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, customer service, and warehouse teams to support timely material flow.

Compensation and Benefits

- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Pay: $24 to $28 per hour.
