Job Summary

A contract Shipping & Receiving Clerk opportunity is available in Santa Clara, CA for a detail-oriented professional with mail room, copy room, shipping, and receiving experience. Key Responsibilities

- Process incoming mail, packages, office supplies, fax transmissions, and deliveries to designated drop points.
- Perform shipping and receiving duties using FedEx, UPS, and related online shipping tools.
- Complete copy room and reproduction projects, including separated multiple-copy jobs and delivery of finished work.
- Maintain logs, meter records, service records, tracking documentation, and inventory-related work records.
- Support scanning, file conversion, file naming, encryption, filing, purging, and archiving of documents.
- Assist with moving supplies, equipment, and materials, with occasional travel between nearby customer buildings.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.

Additional Skills

Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent certificate. Must have experience using FedEx/UPS online, some experience with copy machines.
