We are seeking a Service Technician - Food Equipment for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Henrietta, NY. This role supports the maintenance, repair, installation, and removal of beverage and food service equipment, including slush machines, coffee brewers, popcorn machines, and related customer-site equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce customer downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues on beverage and food service equipment.
- Install, relocate, and remove equipment at customer locations based on service needs.
- Communicate professionally with customers while resolving equipment issues and answering service-related questions.
- Document service work accurately, including parts used, time on-site, and completed repairs.
- Follow company safety procedures and work collaboratively with team members to support efficient service operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform maintenance, repair, installation, relocation, and removal of beverage and food service equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues in the field.
- Complete accurate service documentation for labor, parts, and on-site activity.
- Provide professional customer service while working at customer locations.

- 1 to 2 years of related technician, equipment service, maintenance, or mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Basic plumbing knowledge.
- Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Valid New York State driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and service records.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- EPA Refrigeration Certification preferred but not required.
- Prior experience servicing beverage equipment, food service equipment, refrigeration equipment, or small commercial appliances.
- Experience working in field service, customer-site repair, or route-based service environments.
