Key Responsibilities:
-Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to keep equipment reliable and prevent downtime.
-Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues.
-Install and remove equipment at customer locations as accounts change.
-Deliver amazing customer service experience through exceptional communication and support.
-Log service calls, parts used, and repair times accurately.

What You Bring
-Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and basic plumbing skills.
-Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
-A valid, clean New York State driver’s license.
-Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
-Basic computer and digital documentation proficiency.
-A safe, efficient, and team-oriented approach to your work.
-Preferred Qualifications:Certification: EPA refrigeration certification is a major plus (but not required). Note: Light electrical skills are needed, but we provide comprehensive training for specialized equipment.
