Requirements:
MUST HAVE at least 3 years of recent Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer experience- NO EXCPETIONS
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using computer systems and maintaining accurate documentation.



What You'll Do:

✅ Welcome customers and provide an outstanding service experience from arrival to vehicle pickup
✅ Create and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
✅ Explain recommended maintenance, repairs, pricing, and manufacturer service schedules
✅ Keep customers informed with updates, completion timelines, and any service changes
✅ Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently

✅ Review completed repairs with customers, explain warranties and future maintenance recommendations
✅ Schedule appointments, answer service calls, and support the service department during busy periods.
