Job Summary
- Location: Charlotte, NC.
- Pay: $54.00 per hour.
- Duration: 12-month contract with potential extension and conversion. 

We are seeking a Senior Technology Sourcing professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Charlotte, NC with a leading financial services organization. This role is ideal for a sourcing, procurement, or vendor management professional with strong experience negotiating complex technology agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, professional services, MSAs, and market data agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology sourcing projects from requirements gathering through supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Manage RFP, RFI, supplier evaluation, proposal review, and award recommendation activities.
- Negotiate SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements, professional services agreements, Master Service Agreements, and market data agreements.
- Partner with legal, risk, compliance, finance, and business teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and risk requirements.
- Develop supplier negotiation strategies to reduce costs, improve contract terms, and support enterprise sourcing goals.
- Maintain sourcing, supplier, and contract documentation using procurement tools, including Ariba.
