Our client is seeking an energetic Sales Training Specialist to lead training and development for new and current sales team members. Responsibilities • Deliver sales training and onboarding programs. • Coach and motivate sales employees to improve performance. • Monitor trainee progress and measure training effectiveness. • Update and improve training materials and programs. • Stay current on sales trends and best practices. • Maintain accurate training records. Requirements • 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Training Specialist, or similar role. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field OR comparable sales leadership experience. • Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices. • Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organization and time-management abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms. • 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Training Specialist, or similar role.
