Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with experience in account management, wholesale sales, lead generation, and new business development.
The Sales Executive will focus on building new customer relationships, managing existing accounts, presenting products and services, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue. This opportunity offers the chance to join a collaborative, growth-focused environment where strong communication, initiative, and customer relationship skills are valued.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys prospecting, negotiating, traveling for business, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a positive client experience. Candidates who are bilingual in Chinese or Spanish and have exposure to wholesale, e-commerce, ERP, SAP, or the auto parts industry are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct professional product and service presentations tailored to client needs and business goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements while supporting customer satisfaction and company objectives.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by strengthening relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Track sales activity, meet or exceed sales quotas, prepare performance reports, and represent the company at events, conferences, and trade shows.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage existing customer accounts, strengthen client relationships, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Present products and services to clients and prospective customers in a clear, consultative, and professional manner.
- Negotiate agreements, track sales performance, and support achievement of sales goals.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in wholesale sales.
- Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
- Ability to travel frequently for business.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of e-commerce sales in the auto parts industry.
- Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems.
- Experience representing a company at industry events, conferences, or trade shows.
