Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team, assist customers through a detailed home buying process, and help create a warm, welcoming showroom experience for walk-in visitors and prospective buyers. Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team by assisting customers through the buying process, from initial follow-up through closing coordination.
- Contact leads, provide initial information, and schedule showroom appointments for prospective customers.
- Welcome walk-in customers, answer questions, and help create a professional and positive showroom experience.
- Coordinate with banks, attorneys, customers, and internal team members to help keep the loan and closing process moving forward.
- Follow up quickly on outstanding items and help drive scheduling once customer plans and design details are finalized.
- Assist with showroom traffic and participate as part of a collaborative sales team.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Schedule requirement: Works 5 days per week, including 3 Saturdays per month planned in advance.
- A weekday off is provided when working a Saturday.
- Saturday schedules are typically planned about 2 months in advance.



Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support sales team activity and customer follow-up throughout the buying and closing process.
- Call leads, provide information, and schedule showroom appointments.
- Coordinate details with customers, banks, attorneys, and internal team members.
- Assist showroom visitors and contribute to a welcoming customer experience.

- Strong sales background is required.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred based on the level of the role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to follow up quickly and consistently.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple customer files, deadlines, and process steps.
- Comfortable engaging with walk-in customers and making a strong first impression.
- Professional, organized, and able to work well in a team-based sales environment.
- Ability to work the required schedule, including planned Saturdays.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in residential construction, commercial construction, home sales, real estate, lending, mortgage coordination, or a related customer-facing sales environment.
- Experience working with loan paperwork, closing timelines, banks, attorneys, or customer documentation.
- Prior showroom, retail sales, or appointment-setting experience.
