Key Responsibilities

- Build new B2B relationships through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and local business development activities.
- Manage and grow existing accounts with a focus on long-term client success and retention.
- Use a consultative sales approach to align managed IT, commercial AV, managed print, and business process automation solutions with customer needs.
- Partner with internal technical specialists to support demonstrations, proposals, scopes of work, and solution recommendations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, customer updates, and sales reporting.
- Consistently work toward revenue goals while leveraging leadership coaching, training, and internal support resources.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $80,000 to $160,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Build and develop a B2B sales territory across the Greater Austin business community.
- Manage account growth, customer relationships, and consultative solution sales.
- Coordinate with technical teams on demos, proposals, scopes of work, and customer solutions.
- Track sales activity, pipeline movement, and revenue performance in a CRM system.

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
- 3 to 5 years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience preferred based on role level.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to sell consultatively and connect business challenges with practical technology solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable owning a sales territory.
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated to grow professionally and financially.
- Ability to build trust with customers and prioritize long-term relationships over transactional selling.
- Comfortable working with revenue targets, pipeline management, and sales reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Technology sales experience is a plus.
- Experience selling managed IT services, commercial AV, managed print, business process automation, or related B2B solutions.
- Existing knowledge of the Austin area business community.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage prospecting, account activity, and sales forecasts.
