We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Associate to support a busy sales team in a manufacturing environment in Escondido, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in sales support, CRM coordination, quoting, QuickBooks reporting, marketing assistance, and trade show coordination.
This role offers a collaborative, team-focused environment where you will work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and international teams. The position is well suited for a proactive professional who enjoys improving processes, keeping information organized, and helping sales representatives deliver a polished customer experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to CRM best practices, support customer communications, and play an important role in keeping sales operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM data, including lead cleanup, territory assignments, accurate lead distribution, and follow-up task coordination.
- Support the sales team with quote preparation, quote corrections, template updates, and presentation quality.
- Generate, review, and analyze reports using QuickBooks and CRM systems to support sales operations.
- Communicate with sales representatives to assist with customer needs, occasional calls, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Help document sales procedures, improve workflow processes, and align CRM practices with U.S. and European teams.
- Assist with marketing and trade show coordination, including customer emails, website content feedback, booth applications, vendor communication, and marketing material submissions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $24 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2 or more years of experience in sales support, marketing support, trade show coordination, or a related business support role.
- QuickBooks experience is required.
- Experience with CRM systems and/or ERP software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a sales team within a manufacturing or business-to-business environment.
- Some experience with customer email communication, website content feedback, or marketing coordination.
- Trade show coordination experience, including booth applications, vendor communication, and marketing material preparation.
- Experience collaborating with international teams or supporting CRM process alignment across multiple regions.
