Sales Support and Operations Specialist

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 with bonus potential

We are a recruiting and staffing agency assisting a growing organization in identifying a Sales Support and Operations Specialist to serve as a key driver behind their sales and operational success. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role supporting multiple sales channels while helping build the systems, processes, and infrastructure needed to scale the business.

This is not a traditional administrative position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building structure, and wants to grow alongside an expanding company.

What We Are Looking For
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience supporting sales teams and or operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Systems-minded with a passion for building processes and structure

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with monday.com, ShipStation, or similar platforms
• Background in CPG, manufacturing, startup, or retail environments
• Exposure to multi-channel sales including enterprise, retail, and international

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support
• Support enterprise, domestic retail, and international sales teams
• Coordinate proposals, client follow-ups, sample orders, and sales materials
• Track pipeline activity and ensure timely progression of deals
• Prepare presentations, documentation, and client-facing deliverables

Project and Process Management
• Manage workflows within monday.com to align teams and priorities
• Track deals from initial conversation through fulfillment
• Build and refine processes to support company growth
• Ensure clear communication and execution across sales, operations, and production

Operations and Fulfillment Coordination
• Partner with operations on inventory management, order tracking, and shipping through ShipStation
• Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery
• Identify and resolve operational gaps quickly

Systems and Infrastructure Support
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of internal systems and workflows
• Drive adoption and accountability across teams
• Continuously improve efficiency, organization, and scalability

• Deals move smoothly from pipeline to fulfillment
• Systems are well maintained, adopted, and scalable
• Leadership relies on you to manage the operational backbone of the business

Location Requirement
