We are seeking a Remote Pharmacy CSR for a full-time, direct hire opportunity supporting customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers in a healthcare services call center environment. In this role, you will assist with prescription benefits, home delivery medications, billing, coverage, eligibility, claims, authorizations, and medication delivery questions.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound calls from customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Assist with questions related to prescription benefits, home delivery medications, billing, payments, eligibility, coverage, claims, authorizations, and medication deliveries.
- Research and resolve customer issues using multiple computer systems and internal resources.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow established service procedures.
- Make occasional follow-up calls as needed to support issue resolution.
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and first-call resolution expectations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $15 per hour.
- Benefits are provided.
- Job Type: Direct hire, full-time.
- Location: 100% remote.
- Equipment will be provided.
- Candidates must be available to be assigned a shift within the operating hours, including at least one weekend day.
- Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM CST.
- Operating hours are Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST.
- Minor availability limitations, such as an inability to work past 6:00 PM, may be accommodated.
- Flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Provide inbound customer support for pharmacy benefits, prescription services, billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and authorizations.
- Research and resolve customer issues using multiple complex computer systems.
- Document customer interactions accurately and support first-call resolution.
- Maintain quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience standards.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to ask probing questions and build positive customer relationships.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.
- Ability to attend all required training.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening, with marijuana excluded from the panel.
- Must have a private, distraction-free workspace that is not a shared or common area of the home.
- Must have a hard-wired ethernet internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
- 5G, hotspots, and satellite internet are not supported.
- Must remain on camera during working hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Call center experience.
- Healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or medical office experience.
- Experience working remotely.
- Familiarity with medical terminology or health benefits.
