Job Summary
We are hiring a Remote Customer Support Rep for a contract assignment supporting a healthcare services program. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with program eligibility questions, available services, and required next steps.
- Review, process, and verify customer documentation accurately.
- Provide empathetic and clear customer support while maintaining service quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and follow established call center procedures.
- Maintain reliable attendance and active participation during training and assigned shifts.
Compensation
- Pay rate: $16.67 per hour.
- Bilingual pay rate: $17.46 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Must be based in New Jersey.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to provide patient, professional, and empathetic support.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to process information accurately.
- Reliable attendance and availability for the full 2-week training period with no time off.
- Must have wired internet access, with no hotspot use allowed.
- Must have a Windows computer that meets minimum system requirements.
- Must have a wired headset, webcam, and smartphone.
- Comfortable being on camera during remote work and training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual communication skills are preferred but not a must.
Additional Details
- Job type:3 month Contract/Temporary.
-Work arrangement: Remote, must be based in New Jersey.
-Training schedule: 2 weeks, Monday through Friday, with strict attendance required.
-Candidates must be available with no time off during training.
-Assigned shiftsmay fall within Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST.
- Webcam is required, and candidates will be on camera.
- Equipment requirements include wired internet with no hotspot, Windows computer only, minimum system specs, wired headset, webcam, and smartphone.
