The Regional Category Planner will play a key role in assortment planning, product listings, de-listings, vendor data coordination, promotional implementation, and category performance reporting. This is a strong opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exposure to regional stakeholders, vendor partners, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Manage novelty listings, product extensions, de-listings, and assortment updates within the Assortment Management Tool.
- Support the execution of regional innovation programs by following up on orders, system parameters, location updates, and product introductions.
- Maintain assortment reports by location, identify assortment gaps, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate master data corrections.
- Create and follow up on promotions, animations, staff incentives, seasonal campaigns, tactical liquidations, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with country teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders on assortment changes, rollouts, promotional activity, and marketing calendar updates.
- Prepare and share assortment and promotions KPI reporting to support category performance reviews and business decisions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $62,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage assortment planning activities, including listings, extensions, de-listings, and SKU-level assortment updates.
- Coordinate regional product launches, innovation rollouts, promotional campaigns, and vendor-related activity.
- Track assortment and promotion performance through reports, KPIs, and business updates.
- Support communication between country teams, category stakeholders, vendors, and master data teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, category management, product planning, merchandising, or fast-moving consumer goods.
- Experience working with assortment management, product listings, SKU maintenance, vendor setup, or master data processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review assortment performance by vendor, brand, SKU, and location.
- Ability to coordinate promotions, brand activations, staff incentives, and seasonal or tactical campaigns.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills with the ability to work across regional teams and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve discrepancies, and support timely execution.
- Proficiency with reporting tools, planning systems, or category management platforms is strongly beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in travel retail, airport retail, duty-free retail, or a related travel, transportation, and tourism environment.
- Background working with FMCG, beauty, luxury goods, consumer products, or high-volume retail categories.
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country assortment planning and promotional execution.
- Familiarity with assortment management tools, A&P tools, vendor databases, or master data workflows.
