Job Summary
An organization in Greeley, CO is seeking a Records Coordinator for a contract/temporary opportunity supporting filing, records organization, product documentation, and e-commerce posting tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and file records accurately according to established administrative processes.
- Assist with product documentation, including taking pictures of products for online posting.
- Upload and maintain product information on Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Support administrative projects that require strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Work independently while managing daily priorities and project-based deadlines.
- Communicate with team members as needed to clarify tasks, resolve issues, and keep work moving efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 per hour.
- Annual equivalent: $35,360 per year.
- Schedule: Approximately 35 hours per week, depending on project size. SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
- Hours may vary, and some days may require longer work hours than others.
- Job type: Contract/temporary.
- Potential for temp-to-hire, but not guaranteed.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage filing and records organization for administrative and project documentation.
- Support product photography and digital product posting tasks.
- Maintain accurate information in Shopify or similar online systems.
- Work independently while staying organized and productive.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, filing, records, or related office experience preferred.
- Filing experience or strong administrative experience is required.
- Shopify experience is highly recommended.
- Must be tech savvy and comfortable learning or using digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with records, files, and product information.
- Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Flexible and dependable, with availability to adjust to changing project hours.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, product, or inventory-related environment.
- Experience taking and organizing product photos for online listings.
- Comfort working in a project-based administrative role with changing priorities.
