Key Responsibilities

- Answer multi-line phone calls and route calls to the appropriate team members.
- Greet visitors, provide assistance, and maintain a welcoming front office atmosphere.
- Handle clerical tasks, administrative projects, and general office support duties.
- Sort and distribute daily mail accurately and efficiently.
- Stock office, break room, and kitchen supplies to support daily operations.
- Order office supplies and help maintain an organized, well-functioning workspace.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $20 to $23 per year.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Napa, CA.

- Manage front desk reception duties, including phone coverage and visitor assistance.
- Support daily administrative projects and clerical office tasks.
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate supply ordering.
- Sort mail, support office organization, and help create a professional office environment.

- 1-2+ years of receptionist, front desk, or office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive team player with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to screen calls, route information accurately, and interact professionally with visitors and staff.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a real estate, property management, or professional office environment.
- Prior experience answering multi-line phone systems.
- Familiarity supporting office supply ordering, mail distribution, and general administrative coordination.
