What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors, you will play an important role in maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment while supporting daily business operations.


Key Responsibilities

⦁ Greet visitors and ensure a positive front desk experience.

⦁ Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor security records.

⦁ Answer and direct incoming calls through the main switchboard.

⦁ Coordinate conference room and boardroom scheduling.

⦁ Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages and deliveries.

⦁ Assist with administrative duties including filing, typing, photocopying, and preparing mailings.

⦁ Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately.

⦁ Support general office and facility operations as needed.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

⦁ High School Diploma or GED required.

⦁ 1-2 years of receptionist, administrative, office support, clerical, or customer service experience.

⦁ Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

⦁ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

⦁ Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced office setting.

⦁ Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.

⦁ Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
