What You'll Do:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive office environment
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Support team members with special projects as needed
