Receptionist – Luxury Medical Spa
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Pay: $20.00–$21.50/hour
Schedule: M-F 8-5 Temp-to-Perm
We're looking for a motivated, polished, and tech-savvy Receptionist to join a growing luxury spa practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into a key member of the team.
What We're Looking For:
Must have at least 2 years of recent reception experience
Self-starter with a positive, go-getter attitude
Professional, polished, and customer-service focused
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Confident networking and building relationships
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming, professional environment
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments, ensuring an efficient daily schedule for providers
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries while providing accurate information about services and products. Maintain the organization of the front office, assist with administrative tasks, and support day-to-day spa operations, including occasional local errands as needed
Process client payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with promoting memberships and services
Compensation & Benefits:
$20.00–$21.50/hour for the first 90 days, with potential for a pay increase afterward
Temp-to-perm opportunity
