We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector for a direct hire opportunity in Camarillo, CA within a cleanroom medical device manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented quality professional who is confident interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications while performing hands-on inspections throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured products and components.
- Review and interpret detailed blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes to verify product conformance.
- Identify, document, and communicate product discrepancies, defects, and non-conformances.
- Complete and support NCR and MRR processes in accordance with quality procedures.
- Follow cleanroom requirements, PPE standards, gowning procedures, and quality documentation practices.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Location: Camarillo, CA.
- Schedule: Multiple shifts available, including early morning and afternoon starts.
- Available start times include 4:00 AM, 4:30 AM, 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, and 4:00 PM.
- Overtime may be required, including early starts, extended shifts, and weekends based on business needs.
- Perform product inspections across incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and detailed specifications as part of daily inspection work.
- Use handheld precision measuring tools to verify product quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Support non-conformance documentation, NCR activity, and MRR processes.
- 2+ years of Quality Control Inspector or quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience using calipers, micrometers, measuring tapes, and other handheld measuring tools.
- Experience with incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
- Familiarity with non-conformance reporting, discrepancy documentation, and corrective quality processes.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE and gowning for the full shift.
- High attention to detail, strong documentation accuracy, and the ability to follow established quality procedures.
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work overtime, extended shifts, early starts, and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cleanroom manufacturing experience, preferably in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment.
- Experience in medical device, medical supplies, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Prior experience supporting quality compliance in a production-focused cleanroom setting.
